Description
INITIATIVE II is a Human Rights promotion project having for main goal to follow up and strengthen what has been achieved under INITIATIVE I while adding new components to the project. Beside Human Rights awareness sessions targeting women and children, INITIATIVE II also focuses on:
• Including more beneficiaries from the Palestinian community
• Additional awareness sessions at Amel centers targeting youth, especially on reproductive health issues
• Launching Human Rights Campaigns led by the group of young volunteers trained under INITIATIVE I, incorporating awareness sessions on car accidents and smoking
• Summer activities for children including drawing, languages, sports, handicraft and social games
• Production of educational material on Human Rights, mainly brochures to be distributed to schools and NGO's
