Two primary health care centers have been established in Bazourieh and Tyre offering services and programs in radiology, gynecology, specialist clinics, dental clinic, pharmacy, analytical laboratories, women and children's health programs, reproductive health programs and family planning. These centers also provide vocational trainings in nursing, foreign languages, literacy and hair dressing. The Tyre center also has a Physiotherapy Unit.

Amel Center in Bazourieh

At Khiam , a center provides primary health care services such as general medicine, gynecology, first aid, ultra sound, laboratory, X ray and physiotherapy. The center was fully equipped in 2001 thanks to the support of the Japanese Embassy. The center also sees ex-detainees of Al Khiam's prison and their families for psychological support, in the framework of the "Post-conflict socio-economic rehabilitation program for South Lebanon " funded by the UNDP. In addition, the Khiam center organizes cultural activities, capacity building programs, awareness sessions and vocational training.

In Marjayoun, the center focuses essentially on Youth activities.

The center located in the village of Ebl el Saqi offers trainings in food processing, medicinal herbs and aromatic plants processing and soap making.
