The administrative headquarters of Amel Association are located in Musaytbeh.

Baajour, Hay el Selloum and Msharafieh centers have Primary Health Care Units that provide the community with services and programs in radiology, gynecology, specialist clinics, dental clinic, pharmacy, analytical laboratories, women and children's health programs, reproductive health programs and family planning. These centers also provide vocational trainings: nursing, foreign languages, literacy and hair dressing.
